Service Description

A structured approach to help you break patterns, reduce stress, and rebuild lasting confidence. Description (under 2500 characters): This six-session package is designed for clients who are ready to make a clear, committed change. Whether you're struggling with stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, or unwanted habits like nail-biting, over-drinking, or negative self-talk, this programme helps you explore and shift the patterns keeping you stuck. We begin with an in-depth 90-minute session to explore your current challenges, goals, and personal history. From there, each of the five follow-up sessions (55 minutes each) will be tailored to your specific needs using Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (Hypno-CBT®) techniques. This approach doesn’t just address symptoms—it helps you understand and rewire the thoughts, behaviours, and coping strategies that have been keeping you in a loop. You’ll also learn practical tools to use in your everyday life, so the progress continues outside the sessions. This package is ideal if you’ve tried other approaches but found they didn’t stick—or if you’re simply ready to break free from old patterns and feel more in control of your life again.
